As one of the most modern producers of biscuits, Esfahan Farkhondeh Biscuit Co., tries for prosperity, self-sufficiency and promotion of Iran’s industry and has implemented the integrated management system based on ISO9001:2008, ISO22000:2005, HACCP, ISO10002:2004, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 and SO10015:1999 standards in this precious route and for constantly improve the performance and increase the satisfaction and confidence of all stakeholders. We put below principles and orientations on the forefront of our efforts and have commitment towards achieving them:

  • Investigation, modification and improvement of the current processes in order to continuous improvement of the organization’s performance.

  • Creating communication channels to customers, suppliers and authorities related to food industry and quick and effective reaction to suggestions, criticisms and complaints and Increasing the quality and safety of products in order to increase customer satisfaction and other interested parties.

  • Development of target markets and increasing the products diversity.

  • Promoting the culture of environmental protection, observing the environmental requirements and laws, continuous improvement and prevention of pollution through raising awareness and knowledge and optimization of the company’s activities.

  • Prevention of diseases, increasing the occupational safety and health promotion staff compliance with safety rules.

  • Planning for ‌energy efficiency and saving.

  • Recognition, evaluation and planning of training programs in order to promotion of scientific staff.

I plight to improve this program continuously to reach the principles by reviewing them yearly and considering clients and partners’ comments and ‌‌ask the staff to respect the customer demands by integrated management system of food safety group, safety management and occupational health.

About us

Isfahan Farkhondeh Biscuit Co. was established in 1961 by Abdollah Vaez Shoushtari in Masjed Seyed St. by the trade name “Astara”. When the company developed and more clients acquired, it was moved to Jey industrial city and changed its trade name to “Farkhondeh”. At first it was producing the products by one product line in different shapes. In 1999 the company was equipped with a new production line by Iranian technology and in 2005 the company had a new phase of production and the new product, “petit beurre” and two production lines can be the first hard biscuit producer in Isfahan.
